affordablegiftcards.com, a dynamic, fast growing product of Aqweeva, is seeking a Direct Sales Manager, New York based, covering North Eastern States!

Start Comission based - With optional conversion to a competitive based salary & benefits. The conversion is based on sales growth and performance.

Position Summary: In this position you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and developing a winning sales team that is acquisition-focused and responsible for new business in the consumer and small business market. You will be required to operate a profitable sales team that satisfies our customers requirements and meets Aqweeva's revenue objectives.

Job Responsibilities - Maintain high team activity levels, Coaching, training and mentoring responsibilities, Flexible work schedule, Work special events, Phone work and inherit an intimate knowledge of our gift card systems.

Minimum Qualifications - 3 – 5 years of leading a technology driven sales team - BS/BA degree preferred - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives - Leadership skills - Sales and territory management skills - Demonstrated success in a changing and high paced environment.
